X City Towers is a residential high-rise development for Wallberg, one of the projects the Optim Project Management directorship names directly in its six-year reference for Alexandru's work. spanning both the cost & commercial manager and full project manager roles.
On the commercial side, Alexandru ran contract management and dealt with contractual disputes as they came up. keeping the budget, valuations, and subcontractor payments moving while the tower rose floor by floor. Real-estate portal imobiliare.ro filmed an interview with him on site mid-build, introducing him on camera as "project manager, X City Towers."
The build is the flagship image for LEXTIM's portfolio: a tower core wrapped in scaffolding, a concrete pump reaching the upper floors, and a red tower crane doing the daily work of getting materials where the crews need them.

Over six years, Alexandru worked across cost & commercial management and full project management. from tendering and contracting through design coordination to handover. He guided design teams through geotechnical, structural, and MEP coordination, ran weekly site meetings, and kept budgets, risk plans, and stakeholder communication on track from kickoff to closeout.
