Zero Gravity Center is a multi-purpose venue in Ghiroda, near Timișoara. built for Oracle Engineering with retail units, food service, paved exterior platforms and parking, site enclosure, and full utility connections, under a construction permit tied to the approved zoning plan (PUZ).
Alexandru was project manager responsible for programme, cost, quality, communication, risk, and procurement. running the full tender process from initial offers through negotiation to signed subcontracts, and coordinating the site engineers and clerks of works to keep every stakeholder meeting and report on schedule.
